Rob Riches Shoulder and Bicep Peak Video
I was watching Rob Riches as he goes through a grueling shoulder and bicep workout as he continues his journey for aesthetic development.
In the training video Rob is working out his shoulders and biceps - mainly focusing his bicep work on his peaks.
A few things I noticed about Rob Training Shoulders & BicepsRobs Reps - He really focused on the mind muscle connection and contraction. You could definitely tell that he was putting maximum tension on the targeted muscles by using maximal mental focus - for optimal stimulation. His rep tempo was a typical sort of of 2-0-1-0 bodybuilding tempo with a rep range of around 8-12 - again typical of a bodybuilder or fitness model working towards hypertrophy
Robs Exercise Choice - His choice of exercises were nothing out of the ordinary. He mainly worked with the "bread and butter" exercises and didn't carry out any super custom exercises or crazy giant sets
Robs Condition - Rob Riches appears to be very lean in this video with low body fat. He looks like he maintains this condition - or close to this condition all year round.
