Matt Ogus, Chris Lavado & HanhChampion YOLO Chest & Back Workout

A review of Natural Bodybuilders Matt Ogus, Chris Lavado and HanHChampion's Chest and Back workout

If you are into Aesthetic training you will know of these 3 names: Matt Ogus, Chris Lavado and HanhChampion. These 3 guys are very well known on youtube for their training and nutrition. They have put together a really good workout video of the 3 of them training chest and back together. The warm-up takes place, the shirts come off and the heavy dumbbells and chains get thrown around

These guys warm up and focus hard

What is really good to see about this video is the emphasis on warming up and performing mobility exercises. Not only this but the 'mental warm up' with the intense focused mind set they all manage to get inside. I think this is especially important to note because it shows that there approach to natural bodybuilding is an intelligent one - they are serious about flexibilty, mobilty, range of motion, staying healthy and intense training session.

They go HEAVY

After many mobilty and light warm up sets these guys push some serious weight! This again shows their dedication and long-term consistency because I very much doubt they are all naturally as strong as they are now - it is obvious to me that this is down to long, ahrd consistent work lifting.

That aside, I also think that was the style of this training video and they may not always lift this heavy because some of their form was slightly off / or reps were slightly cheated with speed - but this is normal when training with this heavy weight.

Chains and more..

Matt Ogus, Chris Lavado and HanhChampion used chains to assist their workout. They used chains around their necks for weighted dips and also chains when bench pressing to make the lower portion of the bench press 'lighter' and the upper portion heavyier (as the chains hit the ground they offer no gravity resistance.

A round up of Matt Ogus, Chris Lavado and HanhChampion's training approach

It is clear these guys all take a very intelligent approach to their training and coincidently all train very similary and have very similar physics. They all are very strong, lean and muscluarly developed.
