Five Common Gym Mistakes
Having information correct and targets set. Without aims or goals, there is nothing to work toward.
- Listening to 'advice' from the many 'experts' in the gym that are always ready to talk a good game.
- Slipping up on nutrition, food, shakes etc, without them you will be wasting your time and effort and you won't see the results you are aiming for.
- Arriving at the gym and not going through the motions lifting weights and chatting simultaneously. Correct motion and movement is required, for example, feeling every movement of your bicep curl, slowly up and slowly down.
- Not taking notes of the finished work out, its amazing how the amount of reps can be forgotten.
