Sleeping For Aesthetics
The bottom line on sleep is, if you want an aesthetic body you need enough sleep. Working out and being sleep deprived will not give your body the rest it needs to recover and grow. When you go to sleep and your body is adequately nourished, protein synthesis takes place, growth hormone is produced, muscles repair and grow and brain cells are restored.
It is especially important to have adequate sleep for mental focus when training, also motivation can be low if you are lacking sleep.Tips to help get a good nights sleep
