So how do you keep motivated? There are always times when problems crop up or you feel sleep is the only thing you can possibly achieve. Motivation has gone out of the door and you're left feeling fed up or like you need a person transplant. Here are some helpful thoughts and tips to bring you back to your enthusiastic self and keep you positive. How proud are you of what you've already achieved. Thats yours. You are doing this because it's what you want, moving forward to better gains. Tomorrow is a new day, start it knowing you put the effort in yesterday, feel good about it, to wake up feeling you failed is the start of a downward spiral. Think future, what do you want to achieve in 3 months, 6 months, a year. While you are doing nothing, others are gaining, stay ahead. Imagine 6 months down the line and looking back at where you are now and seeing your gains. How proud are you for what you have achieved. Look at others who haven’t made it. Feel your pride that you did it, you are succeeding. Time waits for no one, do it now. Lack of motivation can happen to everybody at some time because we are not superhuman, and there are always other things to deal with in life, stay inspired and good luck.
